Lynda Jones

I was introduced to Lynda by a friend, having been signed off sick with depression with a prescription for anti depressants.  I was at one of the lowest points in my life. 18 months on, with the support and help of Lynda I am no longer in that place. Her knowledge, intuition and kindness are incredible.  I continue to seek her support and I have become very attuned to my own mental health, knowing when things have changed, talking to Lynda, and with a tweak of my prescription I’m good to go.  I’m happy to say that many friends have sought her help having spoken to me. I have been a patient of Lynda’s since 2009 when I started experiencing peri menopausal symptoms and then into the menopause. I experienced the following during this time, very heavy periods, skin problems, ear infections, tooth infections, severe heart burn, bloating, water retention, hot flushes, and crashing fatigue, yet at the same time had problems sleeping.  Lynda has used her extensive knowledge of herbal medicine to successfully treat all of the above and I am now on maintenance herbs which we call my ‘ balance mix’.  I think of it as herbal HRT. Without the help of herbal medicine, I know that I would be on a lot of medicines from the GP, some of which I tried for the heart burn, but stopped due to the awful side effects. Lynda made individual prescriptions to suit me.  More recently I injured my knee and was diagnosed with a tear in my meniscus and ligament damage. I have been told I need surgery, which I want to avoid. With the help of herbs from Lynda, my knee has improved and I am climbing stairs and going for short walks. A year ago my daughter started to complain about skin rashes.
